Capturing Local Voices to Strengthen Communities

#RecognizeMe is a campaign dedicated to sharing the voice of a people who now, more than ever need to be heard. The AANES is a multi-ethnic & multi-religious people of North and East Syria who formed the SFDF to liberate lands. Shortly after, 7 free regions were unified to create what is now known as, The Autonomous Administration of North & East Syria. Among many other things, the AANES empowers & protects women while providing security, schools and hospitals for 3.5 million people.

We are calling on everyone around the globe to recognize these women, children, men, doctors, lawyers, teachers, Muslims, Yezidi, Christians & Kurds. Give them a voice and recognize their government created for & by them.
