The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) lost 11,000+ soldiers while fighting the Islamic State. 21,000+ were injured. The multi-ethnic and multi-religious people of North and East Syria who formed the SDF liberated their lands and created seven free regions that are unified as the Autonomous Administration of North Eastern Syria (AANES).
The AANES empowers and protects women, provides security, schools and hospitals for 3.5 million people. Recognize these women, children, men, doctors, lawyers, teachers, Muslims, Yezidi, Christians & Kurds. Give them a voice, recognize their government for and by them.
Help the people of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) gain recognition by demanding the world recognize them as a legitimate government.
The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) was established at the third conference of the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC) on July, 16 2018 in the city of AI Tabqa. This resolution was approved with the consent of all 300 representatives who were selected from their people throughout the AANES.
